  • What is our Small Group Personal Training Like?

    • Our Elite Small Group Personal Training porogram is our most popular transformation solution and is a combination of resistance training, cardio, boxing, and occasional outdoor drills, using various fitness formats to accommodate and challenge all fitness levels.

  • Where are you located?

    • We are physically located in Northeast Columbia, in South Carolina. Our address is 223 Rabon Road.

  • What sizes are your sessions?

    • Small Group Personal Training Classes vary in size, our classes typically average 6-10 participants

  • Not Your Average Dance Fitness (Dance Cardio Party) Classes average anywhere from 60-100+ participants.​

  • Do you offer personal training?

    • No, not at this time.

  • Do you make meal plans?

    • Yes we do offer customized meal plans and programs based on individual goals. To learn more please schedule a consultation.

  • Do you have showers?

    • No, our gym currently does not have showers.

  • Do you provide childcare?

    • No, our gym does not provide childcare.

  • Do you train men?

    • Not in the group setting

  • Am I required to get a Body Composition Test before I begin training?

    • We ask that all those seeking membership and/ or wanting to be coached to achieve their goals to complete the Bod Pod test in order to establish your baseline, but not required.

  • Who is considered a member?

    • Members are those who are in a current contract in good standing.

  • What is the minimum age to train?

    • There is no minimum age requirement as long as we have the parents written consent.
